LLM index lists shipped features and speech prices

/llms.txt and /llms-full.txt now list what is live on VoiceThere, not only a short highlight set.
Speech-to-text and text-to-speech run on VoiceThere by default (Sherpa). The index gives the credit rates for that on-platform speech: 1 credit per 1,000 STT characters, and 3 credits per minute of TTS audio. Those meters apply only while Sherpa is enabled. A cloud speech vendor bills you on its own, and the VoiceThere STT/TTS credits stay at zero.
Plan list prices and included monthly credits are in the same file. Budget is the affordable paid plan. Live Stripe amounts stay on the pricing page.
The index also names the public package APIs (speak, setSttEnabled, embed createVoiceThereWidget, CLI deploy --wait) and every already-shipping roadmap item, including the embed widget, spoken chat stream, and the agent STT toggle.
