August platform update: browser origins, safer projects, clearer voice docs

This release brings several dashboard and cloud improvements that have been baking on staging. Here is what builders will notice.
Browser access for your own sites
You can list the web origins that may call the sessions API from a browser on each project’s Access page. Origins apply only to that project’s client key. VoiceThere dashboard and localhost origins stay allowed by default.

Safer projects and chat
- Deleting a project fails faster when something is stuck, and the UI stays covered until you leave the page.
- The last remaining project admin cannot be removed or demoted by accident.
- Dashboard agent chat uses the correct public sessions endpoint in production.
- Optional debug panel for agent chat (off by default) when you need more detail while building.
Auth and billing reliability
- Sign-in redirects and OAuth cookie handling are more reliable behind the public site URL.
- Login and signup load public dashboard settings at runtime instead of baking environment-only values into every page.
- Subscription entitlement reads are more resilient when a snapshot is briefly missing.
Voice docs and multi-node media
- Expanded STT/TTS vendor catalog and simpler cash pricing docs under Docs.
- Cloud voice sessions are more reliable when runners span multiple machines — media relay follows the node that hosts the session.
