Project metrics: see how your agent performs
October 8, 2026 · platform
Every project now has a Metrics area that shows how your agent is doing, not only what it costs. Open a project and pick Metrics to get four tabs: Overview, Sessions, Voice and Agent.
Overview gives you the numbers to check first: sessions started, success rate, peak concurrent sessions against your plan limit, time to connect, and how long callers wait for a voice reply. Sessions breaks that down over time and shows why sessions failed. Voice splits the wait after a caller stops talking into the transcript delay and the time your agent code and text-to-speech take, so you can see where the seconds go. Agent lists the errors your code logged most often and how many sessions ended in a crash.
All tabs share one range control with presets, a custom range and drag-to-zoom, and the link keeps your range when you share it. Credits, billable time and credit packs moved to their own Usage page in the same project menu.
If replies feel slow, start on the Voice tab and read the finalize delay. It can be shortened with three advanced voice settings, and the docs explain what you give up when you do.
