Dashboard guide

This page walks through the dashboard in the order you meet it: the sidebar, a project's header and tabs, the setup checklist on a new project, the Settings tab, what you see for a single session, and the pages that show performance and cost.

The sidebar lists Projects, Subscriptions, Usage, API keys, Audit log, Team and Docs, with account Settings below a divider. The organization switcher sits at the top and the sign-out button at the bottom. On a phone the same sidebar opens as a drawer.

Inside a project, the tabs are grouped:

  • Overview on its own.
  • Build: Code, Deployments, Widget.
  • Observe: Sessions, Conversation, Agent logs, Metrics.
  • Manage: Usage, Access, Audit log, Settings.

Tabs that do not fit the window fold into a More menu, which also shows the group names.

Project header

The header shows the project name under a breadcrumb and a status that reads Live (with a pulsing dot) once the project is deployed, or Not deployed. Next to it are two buttons: Test call, which talks to your agent from the browser and stays disabled until the project is deployed, and Deploy. See Dashboard code editor and Deploy rollout for what a deploy does.

Get this project live

A project that is not deployed yet shows a checklist at the top of the Overview, with a progress bar and an "n of 4 done" count:

  1. Add your agent code: write it on the Code tab or upload a bundle from the CLI.
  2. Assign a subscription: each deployed project needs one.
  3. Deploy to the cloud: rolls the active build out to runners.
  4. Make a test call: talk to your agent from the dashboard.

The card disappears once the project is deployed.

Settings tab

Runner, voice, billing and environment settings used to sit on the Overview. They now live on the project's Settings tab, which has a section list at the top:

The Overview keeps a short "Settings moved" card that links there.

Session timeline

Open a session from the Sessions tab to see everything that happened in it in one list. The Timeline view mixes caller and agent turns, agent log lines, system events and errors in time order, with filters for All, Conversation, Logs and Errors. The Transcript view shows only the conversation turns. A switch at the top changes between the two, and the choice is kept in the URL as ?view=.

Display sets how times appear (Relative, Local, UTC or Off) and whether gaps between events are shown. Your choice is remembered in the browser.

On the Sessions list, a preview opens a side drawer with the same data, so you can scan several sessions without leaving the list. The Live switch on the Sessions and Agent logs pages keeps the list refreshing while it is on.

The same data is available from the API as GET /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/sessions/{sessionId}/timeline. For the log and event types, see Agent logs and System log events.

Per-turn details

Each caller and agent turn has an info icon that opens a popover. For a caller turn it shows the speech-to-text vendor and model, the language, the speech length, the end-of-turn wait and what ended the turn. For an agent turn it shows the text-to-speech vendor and model, quality, characters, time to first audio, when the reply started, how long it played and where it was interrupted. Both end with an estimated credit count for the turn. Turns recorded before the feature, or without details, show no icon. The field list is on Conversation history.

Metrics

The Metrics tab has four views: Overview, Sessions, Voice and Agent. Voice is disabled on data-only projects. Ranges, zoom, tiles and the CLI and API equivalents are on Project metrics, in the sections Overview tiles, Sessions, Voice and Agent.

Usage

Manage → Usage shows sessions, billable time and credit use over time. A Voice usage section breaks speech credits down per configured voice: characters, credits and sessions for each, and how they change over time. Details are on Project usage; rates are on Speech pricing.

Command palette

Press Cmd+K (Ctrl+K on Windows and Linux), or use the ⌘K button in the sidebar, to open a search box for pages, projects and actions. Results are grouped as Pages, Projects, Docs and, while you are inside a project, This project (every tab plus Test call and Deploy). Move with the arrow keys, press Enter to open the highlighted result and Escape to close.
